every year i look forward to attending wppi in las vegas; to be surrounded by people who do what you do is always refreshing. this year was by far my favorite year. smilebooth was exhibiting, airplanes and blazers 2 was amazing, and seeing all of my new/old friends made it the best.
smilebooth was featured as one of the exhibitors for a film the talented stillmotion was making. we were thrilled to be included and see how everyone involved was a part of this wonderful event. if you didn't get a chance to go you need to check in next year.
when putting together this birth announcement i was inspired by my friend james and how she does her "what we wore" posts. i thought this would look perfect for a baby birth announcement since you have so much information that you want to share with everyone. i also wanted to avoid the standard announcements that get lost in the mix i also incorporated the big's in the card too. they sure do love their new sister.
BRILLIANT announcement. absolutely adore this entire shoot... simple, original, perfect. love!!!

I love the pics that you shot of Eleanor Quinn Wells! so simple but oh so beautiful...
I have a quick question about this birth announcement: How did you do the writing on top of the photo? And was this somehow one card or several cards?
I love to do this announcement for my little one, but not sure how to ..

I will never forget this trip and what it meant to me to go out there and capture life on film. This post is for my Aunt Kathy who taught me to explore the world and love life at ever moment (even the bad times). Mi mancherai bella.
