karen and greg - september 27

karen and greg are so cute! they have not know each other for that long but fell in love quickly.  after they had walked down the isle and said "i do" we were busseling the dress and talking about greg's "live strong" moto in life.  he wears it to remind him of his overcoming of testicular cancer.  there is a yellow "live strong" band on his arm at all times and the groom's cake had a big "live strong" band on the top of his cake.  he told me of how he wants to live every day to the fullest.   after he said that karen chimed in... she was talking with the dress pulled over her head and telling me that greg wakes up with the first birds chirp.  karen started pretending to be greg for a moment: "wakey, wakey... the sun is up the birds are chirping... it's time to start a wonderful day!". karen then proceeded to be herself and she quickly replyed, "i don't care about the stupid birds". i could not stop laughing at them talk about the chirping birds and i could paint a perfect picture of them having this conversation in the early morning. it reminded me of a kid on christmas morning.  i love being a part of their day and hearing their story.
