bao and tam are quite a pair.  between the two of them their passions are shopping and collecting toys!  i loved this engagement session and the fact that we got to play in bao's hobby.  he had had a long time desire  for collecting toys from the 80's and most of them are transformers.  i loved creating the series for them at the bottom.
 

i had the best time shooting with some girls in vegas last week.  this year it was nice to go to wppi and not come back drained and tired.  instead, it was refreshing and fun!  from the moment that i got to vegas, i was focused on having fun, making friends, and scouting out new goodies for my business.  here are some photos that i took in downtown las vegas.  if you have never been down there it is worth the $20 cab ride.  it is a breath of fresh air compaired to the vegas strip.  you can actually eat lunch for under $10 bucks. :)

here are some of my favorite shots from the shoot.  i was so happy that eliesa from photogen-inc got her group together to shoot.  thanks cadence and eli for letting us photograph your beautiful faces.  it was also nice to have some girl time with my new and old friends:  eliesa of photogen inc., sarah rhoads, laura kay, melissa louise, and danielle of mind castle studios. 

who knew how much one could laugh!  i had a great time laughing with mandy and adam during their engagement session.  i want to call this one a laughing session because mandy could not stop smiling and laughing the entire time!  i loved every second of it because the photos show that the two were happy and having tons of fun! mandy and adam are getting married in february at second baptist church.  congrats to the both of you!  the key to a great marriage is laughter...even when you fight!

my good friend laura, with laura kay photography asked me to take pictures for one of her clients.  she has moved to DC and asked me to shoot j and c's engagement session here in houston.  i enjoyed doing this for her!
