i felt honored to be asked by allison to photograph her family!  i was going to capture the birth of her youngest but she had her in a matter minutes after arriving to the delivery room!  since her birth we have been talking about coming to her house to capture a "lifestyle" session of her with her girls!  allison is a photographer in the woodlands so i felt honored that she wanted me to document this time in their lives.  it is always hard being a photographer because you really think that you can manage to take your own photos of your kids, when it is a hard thing to do!  you can't really do it and be in the photo!  I have a handful of pictures of me and my family!  it is a sad thing that we need to take more time to do!  i am so glad that allison wanted to capture herself with the girls. next year they will look different, say different things, grow out of that cute little outfit you bought them, and you may look different after all of those late night feedings.

And, of course, I will always remember my big girl's terrible two "I'm gonna kick the photographer-splash bubbles at her camera-and basically act like an idiot" stage because you even captured that beautifully:) I adore the bubble bath pictures!
